Cancellations beyond 24 hours incur fees based on timing and partner policies.

Any disputes with third parties are subject to their terms, though we’ll assist in resolving issues where possible.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Escape LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, missed connections, or personal inconvenience. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. We’re not responsible for events beyond our control, including weather, strikes, or health crises.

Travel Risks

Travel involves inherent risks, such as injury, illness, or loss of property. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold us harmless for incidents during your trip, unless directly caused by our negligence.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or lost belongings.
